What you’ll do:

•   Coordinate to make sure paperwork and posts are forwarded to varied places as per the necessities from varied departments

•   To observe and guarantee upkeep of the final housekeeping within the premises and to manage the workplace boys. Report on the actions to Admin Supervisor/ Sr. Govt.

•   Accountable to keep up data of land, lodging & Visitor homes rented, Utility Funds (Phone, Electrical energy & Water and so on.) and so on.

•   To submit weekly & month-to-month studies as per the monitoring sheets to Admin. Govt & Asst. Supervisor – Administration

•   Put together Enterprise Card requisition and coordinate the printing, supply and issuance.

•   Observe up with provider for assertion of accounts as required by Accounts division.
