Aerospace – Systems Engineer  – Germany – Contract – Landing Gear Jonathan Lee Recruitment is seeking talented Aerospace Systems Engineers with at least five years of related experience to support a major project in Germany. This full-time Aerospace Systems Engineer role is based near Munich, Germany and offers favourable contract rates. The successful candidates will need to be based in Munich, Germany and so they should ideally have the right to work in Germany already but we may be able to support a visa if required. In your first few weeks in this Aerospace Systems Engineer role, you can expect to: Be responsible for delivering systems support to our business and our clients Support design, development and certification activities, including V&V validation and verification Prepare and check documentation for the design process Run and support design reviews Support certification planning activities, test analysis and documentation To apply for this role, you must be degree-qualified in a related discipline. You’ll also ideally have: Relevant Aerospace experience Aerospace Systems engineering experience Equipment/system design, development – fixed and/or rotary wing aircraft Certification for civil aircraft (CS-23, -25) Familiarity with typical electro-mechanical / hydro-mechanical components used in landing gear (ATA-32) systems Experience of DO178B/DO254 Software/Hardware design Knowledge of ARP4754 – Guidelines for Development of Civil Aircraft and Systems Awareness of industry requirements / specifications such as RTCA, SAE, TSO, ARINC, etc Working within a quality system environment, such as AS9100, ISO9001 Ability to lead activities within a team, work package creation, management, and deliver You’ll receive an excellent contract rate in return for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
