<p><b>What is the Job all about?</b></p>
<p>This job will be responsible for providing organized and dependable support to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payroll-related processes and reporting for multiple countries globally.</p>
<p>You will be reporting to the HR Manager, Payroll Operations Center, and will be assigned to work in Pasig City.</p>

<p><b>Your main responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Payroll reporting – </b>Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual payroll reports either generated by the payroll provider’s system or manually. (35%)</li>
<li><b>Payroll processing</b> -Performing in-house payroll processes in our global Payroll Provider’s system based on process description. (25%)</li>
<li><b>Payroll validation – </b>Cross-comparison of the payroll inputs versus the payroll output calculation file. (25%)</li>
<li><b>Internal communication –</b> Communicating with the original process owner country i.e. with the Local Payroll Consultant, HR Country Manager, or other local stakeholders (10%)</li>
<li><b>Vendor communication – </b>Communicating with the global payroll provider in case of technical issues. (5%)</li>

<p><b> </b><b>Your background:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in Payroll & Benefits</li>
<li>Payroll processing and Payroll output validation experience</li>
<li>Experience with outsourced payroll provider setup</li>
<li>Possession of process efficiency mindset</li>
<li>Must speak and write English fluently.</li>
<li>Experience from a global company (Preferred) </li>
</ul>
