Place 1: Authorized Officer

Qualification & Expertise: LL.B. Diploma in Legislation plus a minimal of three (3) years of labor expertise.

The job holder prepares a wide range of legal documentation; Evaluations legal documentation ready for the Financial institution or arising from the work of the Financial institution; Gives legal recommendation to regional supervisor and workers in all areas of the Financial institution’s actions and proffering options to legal issues, constraints, dangers, choices, penalties and approaches.

Place of Work: Jimma City

Place 2: Principal – IFRS Officer

Qualification & Expertise: Masters in Accounting and Finance, Economics and Enterprise Administration plus a minimal of Seven (7) years related work expertise.

Certification of ACCA/CPA & IFRS Diploma are an added benefit.

The jobholder is liable for the preparation of IFRS-related monetary statements and disclosures. Plan and execute IFRS duties; undertake new IFRS requirements and interpretations; lead the year-end monetary assertion preparation; help the finance and different directorates on IFRS-related information and workings; work in collaboration with different directorate.

Place 3: Department Supervisor – Class IV Department

Qualification & Expertise: BA Diploma in Enterprise Administration, Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance and Economics plus minimal of 8 years of related banking expertise of which 3 years in a supervisory place.

The job holder is accountable to plan, arrange, lead, and management the banking actions of a department workplace. S/he ensures that working procedures, guidelines, laws and code of practices of the financial institution are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the department sales and customer service initiatives and guides department operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual price range, operational plan and exercise and progress studies

Place of Work: Baro Mado Department – Gambella City

Place 4: Supervisor – Inside Workplace Works Division

Qualification & Expertise: BSc Diploma in Architectural Engineering or Development Tasks Administration and Pc associated programs in Engineering (AutoCAD, SAP and/or Arch Cad) plus a minimal of 8 years’ related expertise of Which 3 years in a supervisory place. Expertise in Banking Operations (extremely fascinating).
