Business Systems Analyst – Device Service – Oracle Integration

Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. As a Device Service Business Systems Analyst, our consultants will be key players in the delivery of clients’ Oracle integrations. Through relevant experience, you will have been exposed to multiple and ideally complex (global) projects and businesses and be able to adapt these to our clients’ unique environments. KEY DELIVERABLES Responsible for working with business and documenting the requirements for supply chain operations Writing functional configuration documentation and experience with configuring Oracle R12 Create functional requirements and technical design Work with development to identify technical requirements such as PL Sql program, workflows, integrations etc.. IT system testing with configurations for unit testing, CRP (Conference room piloting), SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User acceptance testing) Oracle experience required in the below areas Oracle depot repair Oracle installed base Oracle field service Oracle order management/shipping Oracle inventory and work in progress Oracle quality Oracle service contracts Acts as liaison between IT and business EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Knowledge/experience with using Oracle Application Tables, SQL, PL/SQL preferred WE OFFER Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
