– Preparing tenders, BoQs, negotiating costs, and managing supplier contracts.
– Source suppliers and manage supplier portfolio, including raw materials, finishes etc,
– Calculate direct material cost based on renderings and drawings produced by the design department.

– Provide a detailed estimate for different projects ranging from custom made products to tender projects
– Attend client technical meetings to understand their actual requirement in order to provide an accurate estimate

– Present prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
– Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
