We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Officer to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments from our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
2. Contact clients via phone, email, and in-person to negotiate and arrange payment plans.
3. Resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection.
4. Prepare and send reminder letters, statements, and invoices to clients.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities and client interactions.
6. Report any delinquent accounts to the Collection Manager for further action.
7. Work closely with the sales team to identify and address any potential issues that may affect payment collection.
8. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, answering any queries or concerns they may have regarding their accounts.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections to continuously improve collection strategies.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements for collections.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience in collections or a similar role in the financial industry.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with collections software.
7. Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to collections.
8. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult clients professionally.
9. Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
10. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
