Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the corporate and government sectors, driving revenue growth and profitability with full P&L responsibility for the department.
  • Actively manage and optimize pricing strategies, promotional activities, and assortment planning in collaboration with the purchasing department to meet the department’s objectives and ATG’s strategic goals.
  • Directly engage in generating sales by actively participate in business development, showcasing strong sales skills and initiative in acquiring new business.
  • Lead the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to crafting tailored proposals and closing deals, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide customized solutions and services.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that effectively communicate value propositions to the corporate and government sectors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and maintain ATG’s competitive edge in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence within the department.
