Eames is currently partnered with a leading MGA that is looking for a Data Developer to join their MI team, take ownership of their data warehouse, and ensure robust data services. This is a hybrid role. You will be in the London office twice per week. The salary for the role is 95,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits. The Job: Develop and support data warehouse, ETL, and reporting solutions. Ensure effective operation, integration, integrity, and maintenance of central data reporting and MI services. Manage third parties for development and support of data solutions, ensuring technical standards and industry best practices. Deliver and support reconciliation strategy across applications and data stores, collaborating with business teams to improve data services. The Candidates: Proven track record in delivering data warehouse solutions to insurance clients, preferably with Verisk framework and star schema. Experience in MI services delivery in MGA, Lloyd’s, and US markets, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Azure DevOps, with knowledge of broader development tools like PowerShell and QlikSense.
