As an Indian Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our esteemed clientele.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store

– Understand and communicate the unique features and benefits of Pallavi Puri Couture products to customers

– Assist customers in selecting the perfect luxury items based on their preferences, needs, and budget

– Provide accurate product information, including materials, sizes, and pricing

– Maintain a deep knowledge of current fashion trends and the luxury brands industry

– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods

– Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

– Assist in visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that the store is well-presented at all times

– Stay updated on new product arrivals, promotions, and special events to effectively communicate them to customers

– Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
