Role Requirements CSCS Card Knowledge of Management within the construction sector Experience of working on building sites and with tradesman Full UK Driving Licence The Role The role is an integral and positive role ensuring their Field Operatives deliver the standards required to ensure that the business continues to solidly grow, retain customers, and deliver professionally on support, logistics and contractual areas. Key Focus Areas To support Field Operatives in the key areas of offloading and positioning client’s products, to ensure client satisfaction when servicing new and existing business. To ensure our client delivers a level of service to their clients that leads to a long-term partnership with the client. Key Responsibilities Oversee and supervise field operations in the Midlands region. Plan and schedule tasks to ensure timely project completion. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals. Solve problems efficiently and implement solutions promptly. Ensure adherence to health and safety practices.
