Roles & Tasks 

• Greet prospects and verify what every buyer needs or wants to exceed buyer’s expectations.
• Answerable for buyer help, money register operation, sales / financial transactions, opening / closing procedures.
• Preserve optimistic buyer and employee relations; respect co-workers, deal with buyer complaints, present applicable options and options inside the closing dates; comply with up to make sure decision, in case complain not sorted, report it instantly to line supervisor.
• Help with stock, inbounding, out bonding, pricing, show, merchandising and placement of inventory on sales ground, inventory rotation and mark-downs to make sure sales targets are achieved.
• Help with tidying up or arranging merchandise and housekeeping duties to make sure neat, clear, and protected working setting.
• Use correct dealing with strategies and gear to make sure protected dealing with of merchandise.
• Comply with retailer insurance policies and procedures in addition to basic firm insurance policies.
• Pay attention to potential injury, theft or potential safety hazards, reporting observations instantly to line supervisor
