A brief description:
The Head of Audit and Enforcement is in charge of determining and evaluating the effectiveness of accounting and financial controls and procedures.
He or she evaluates the quality, timeliness, and relevance of management information, as well as the effectiveness of existing policies and procedures, updating them in light of changing circumstances, and ensuring that all pre-disbursement transactions are subject to Internal Control checks.
Other responsibilities include:
Provide detailed audit reports as well as urgent solutions.
Conduct an audit to determine potential business risks and make recommendations based on the findings.
On a regular basis, conduct a pre/post transaction audit using the audit checklist.
Ensure that policies, procedures, and professional standards are followed, as well as that operations are completed on time and within the approved budget.
Prerequisites:
Candidates should have a Master’s degree and at least 10 years of work experience to be considered.
