Head of Systems – 85k – Welwyn Garden City Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a rapidly expanding Electronics manufacturer based near Welwyn Garden City, who are now seeking a Head of Systems to develop a range of multi year projects that will be used globally. The company are working with customers globally to develop novel solutions to a range of applications, utilising the latest technology available! You will be leading a multi-disciplinary team, developing a range of products used across a number of industries so this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a more varied role. This is a Head of Systems role, focusing heavily on the V-Model lifecycle. Due to the nature of the work you will be required to go through the clearance process. Key Skills Degree in Maths, Physics or an engineering focused degree Solid understanding and experience of the V-Model Lifecycle Excellent experience leading teams and department Previous experience liaising stakeholders Excellent written communication skills for documentation and technical reviews Ability to gain SC/DV clearance Knowledge of Doors, UML, SysML or similar is highly desirable but not essential The company are offering circa 85k dependent on experience along with an excellent benefits package.
