Ø Job Description: –
· Candidate will deliver short trainings, workshop class online
· To facilitate training sessions
· Preparing trainings manuals and following up on trainees’ success
· Supervising or administering a training program.
· Short trainings like
· International trade and import export for the beginners
· Digital marketing for international trade
· Business development for import export
· International trade and import export advanced
· Import export documentation
· Stock market
· Education level: – MSC DEGREE IN MARKETING WITH TOT, COC LEVEL AND DIGITAL MARKETING certification
· Work experience: – 5-year experience in lecturing, instructing at a college, university or other recognized institution
Ø Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required
· Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· A positive attitude to dealing with people
· Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
· Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
· Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks
· Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual, as well as being able to integrate and operate as part of
· Experience of working in a wind turbine environment.
· Knowledge of teaching theory, such as blooms taxonomy, Honey and Mumford learning styles etc.
· Knowledge of Global Wind Organization, its vision, principles and practice.
