International Wholesale Assistant – Contract Spinelli Kilcollin is a fine jewelry brand based in downtown Los Angeles. We work with over 100 global retailers and operate four locations—in NYC, Los Angeles, and London. We are hiring an International Wholesale Assistant. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, based in London, United Kingdom working with our International Wholesale Manager to support our robust and growing wholesale business. This position provides a unique opportunity to work closely with our global partners, gaining valuable experience in international wholesale sales and operations. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role. YOUR QUALITIES: 1-2 years of experience in a wholesale showroom or department is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Google sheet and Excel proficiency. Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Focused and meticulous. Motivated and positive team member. Excited to grow with our expanding company. JOB DUTIES: Assist with confirming and processing orders. Handle repairs and returns from our accounts and complete international custom declarations. Provide marketing assets and images to stores as requested. Fill out product template forms and perform other administrative tasks. Generate EANs in our Intertrade Catalog. Schedule market and sales appointments and manage our calendar. Assist our International Account Manager in prospecting target accounts, researching and contacting stockists. Conduct visits and provide product training to our London stockists International travel to trunk shows may be required. BENEFITS: Flexible schedule. Position is remote. Performance-Based bonus.
