In this IP Project Manager position

• You will improve Industrial project service levels and internal KPI’s.
• You will improve Customer satisfaction and adherence to Customer SLA’s.
• You will develop and motivate staff.
• You will improve IP profitability, IP industry compliance, IP company policies, and productivity.
• You will be liaising with External Stakeholders being DHL Customer Base, DHL Suppliers and DHL Partners.
• You will be liaising with Internal Stakeholders being RFR Product, OFR Product, AFR Product, CDZ Product, IWS Product, Sales (BDM’s) & Customer Service (KAM’s), Regional Management E Cape & KZN and Country Management PM/RO/IT for functions and support.
• You will ensure IP compliance with Industry and Internal DGF policies and standards.
• You will be participating in customer solutions development and implementation of new accounts.
• You will ensure IP is optimally resourced to meet service standards.
• You will visit customers to maintain customer relationships, research customer needs and monitor customer satisfaction.
• You will maintain relationships with suppliers and manage supplier performance.
• You will monitor the IP, customer, and shipment profitability.
• You will oversee and assist with estimates and RFQs/tenders.
• You will ensure timely processing of invoices in line with DGF financial controls.
• You will ensure continuous improvement by implementing First Choice, Station Improvements, and adherence to quality policies.
• You will produce weekly, monthly reports and other ad-hoc reports as maybe required by management.
• You will develop a high-performance service culture within the functional department.
• You will plan, organize, and direct and efficient and effective functional department.
• You will develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
• You will consult performance appraisal.
• You will manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
• You will identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.

Now, here’s what we need from you

• Must have at least a degree in related fields preferably in Project management, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, international business etc.
• 5 to 7 years relevant industry experience in a Managerial role.
• 5 years’ experience or more as project manager, Operations management, key account management experience.
