I am currently working with a rapidly expanding global aviation company , who are building out their infrastructure and support capabilities in Northern Europe. This client is looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst/ Engineer / IT-ondersteuningsingenieur / ondersteuningsanalist and wondered if you could be open to a chat? If interested, please see the details below: Overview of role:  You’ll be owning the support for the companies Northern Europe region (Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark mainly; and potentially other Europe stations. Further to this, the candidate will be mentoring and overseeing the work of other colleagues based in the same region, ensuring they follow best practices and organise their work accordingly. This is a hands-one role that requires a solid IT support background and includes frequent travel within the Northern Europe region (typical arrangements include six days a month out of office; don’t worry ALL travel arrangements are paid for). The Head of IT (you’ll be reporting into) has some exciting strategy plans to implement, meaning you’ll be on the receiving end of interesting project work. If you were to take over the Northern Europe region, you’d be responsible for executing the strategy passed down and implement new more efficient processes and then eventually take the region into a stable ‘business as usual’ state. Overall, this is an exciting responsibility to take the Northern Europe region through a digital transformation. Location: Schiphol Airport / Hybrid Salary: up to €60,000 Benefits:  Benefits Experience required: Must be able to speak English & Dutch, Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, Experience in managing and maintaining IT systems in a fast-paced environment, Strong communication and collaboration skills, Ability to train and mentor junior team members and other colleagues.
