• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner and Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
• In-charge of query resolution to aid a client’s understanding and providing rapid and efficient solutions. Also enhance the consistency of services by collaborating with staff members working on the same account to improve the client experience.
• Handle engagement and interaction with the client in the form of meetings and presentations, and send over integral deliverables like reports and other materials regularly.
• Effectively answering client questions and guiding them throughout certain queries lies at the crux of an account manager’s responsibilities. Also coordinate with other team members working on the same client account to promote consistency.
