We are seeking Senior Engineer – Landscape Architecture Engineer with the following responsibilities:

1. Perform and review Landscape design reports, sketches, drawings, and conceptual plans for a wide range of landscape architecture projects.
2. Hand on Experience – landscape architecture and design, with a focus on project management and leadership roles.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and relevant authorities to understand project requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure project compliance with regulations and guidelines.
4. Prepare and review design calculations, technical specifications, and design reports to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
5. Demonstrate a deep understanding of UAE public realm guidelines, international standard methodologies of Landscape Architecture, and ensure that projects align with these standards.
6. Review quantity surveying, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and develop project specifications to support accurate cost estimation and project planning.
7. Conduct technical and financial evaluations of contract offers, method statements, and design services performance to optimize project outcomes.
8. Lead project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
9. Mentor and nurture the strengths of junior engineers, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and guidance to enhance their skill sets.
10. Motivate team members to achieve project goals, foster a collaborative and positive work environment, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
