Duties and Responsibilities

2.      Marketing & Sales

2.1  Continuously manage customer complaints by rapidly addressing and resolving issues, offering suggestions to the manager for appropriate actions.

2.2  Systematically gathers, analyzes, and compiles a suitable statistical representation of data for market research.

2.3  Promotes diverse advertisements to customers and users at regular intervals through various media channels and methods.

2.4  Deliver a thorough report to the relevant department, examining essential elements pivotal to the market’s dynamics for fostering the expansion or establishment of a new branch.

2.5  Reaches out to private enterprises, public entities, non-governmental organizations, and government institutions to advocate for the enhancement of our operational procedures, applying persistent efforts to establish collaborative partnerships with our organization.

2.6  Proposes innovative concepts and engages in discussions with relevant department heads to ensure the organization embraces marketing advancements for advanced growth.

2.7  Oversees the interaction between Branch staff and customers, monitors their workflow, and submits significant reports to the designated department.

2.8  Aside from attracting new clients, efforts direct to enhancing customer satisfaction by consistently addressing their needs, aiming to retain those who are on the sidelines.

2.9  To ensure the provision of high-quality services and timely delivery, collect and analyze market data for enhancing and monitoring their implementation across short, medium, and long-term periods.

2.10          Furnishing details to create protocols aimed at improving service quality and pricing in comparison to other service providers in the market.

2.11          Exploring approaches to transform underperforming branch sales networks into profitable entities,

2.12          Create short, intermediate, and extended promotional strategies for the organization, aiming to allocate its yearly advertising funds precisely and effectively.

3.      Areas of Emphasis in Market Research and Expansion

3.1  Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities that may not initially produce outcomes but contribute to achieving the industry’s mission objectives.

3.2  Collaborate with various departments to analyze and suggest strategies for enhancing the visibility of the organization and its products.

3.3  Conducts an annual customer survey to continually assess and evaluate customer satisfaction.

3.4  Also handles any additional responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.

4. Qualifications

Required academic credentials

Required Work Experience

Specialized Training

BA Degree in Marketing / College Diploma/

Graduated in similar field of social education

4 Years for BA Degree & 6 Years for Diploma

Completed training in customer service, advertising, and fundamental computer skills.
