Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company 

• Market Penetration: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base 

• Product Promotion: Effectively promote our products to potential clients.

• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at pharmacies, hospitals and clinics.

• Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product lines, including their features, benefits, and application methods.

• Market Research: Gather and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics, and present these to the management team.

• Ethical Conduct: Adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Administrative Duties:

• Sales Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

• Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from the field to the product development team to help improve existing products and develop new ones.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Understanding of the medical aesthetics industry.

• Valid UAE LMV driver’s license is mandatory, and having a car would be appreciated.
