Our client, based in Dorset, are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join their high-performing team. This manufacturing business is a market leader in the FMCG sector, and currently require an Operations Manager to oversee the activities of several hundred staff in a very busy factory. They are seeing a hands-on leader who will be present in the business and is able to motivate and develop their dedicated team, while overseeing and integrating several departments (manufacturing, engineering, logistics and despatch) effectively.
