- Prepare reports for consolidated projects progress reports.
- Prepare and update time schedules and progress layouts.
- Collect monthly data & prepare the overall monthly reports.
- Perform earned value management & critical path method to monitor the progress of the project(s).
- Participate in enhancing BIM unit process & output.
- Manage / Update BIM Project Documents.
- Participate in central planning related meetings.
- Report the status of the project(s) to support decision making.
- Participate in the monthly deliverables of the controls department.
- Resolve any claims raised by the Contractors working for the project.
- Propose corrective actions to bring the project(s) back on track.
- Participate in preparing the tender documents.
- Participate in enhancing the department’s procedures.
- Database update and CRM analysis.
- Preparing and updating Central reports
