We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Planner to join our team. As a Project Coordinator/Planner, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. Your role will involve creating project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. You will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and facilitating effective communication among project team members.

– Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, including tasks, milestones, and dependencies.

– Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources and ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.

– Track project progress, update schedules, and communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.

– Facilitate effective communication among project team members, ensuring that everyone is aware of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

– Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentations.

– Conduct regular project status meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

– Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues, escalating them to the project manager when necessary.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project activities.

– Assist in the coordination of project-related procurement activities, such as obtaining quotes and managing purchase orders.

– Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, expenses, and change orders.

– Participate in lessons-learned sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
