Project Lead – Automotive embedded software (Munich – Flexible Hybrid) Are you an experienced automotive software engineer with a strong technical understanding of Autosar and BSW? Have you led projects with top-tier OEMs? Looking for a company that can offer you a dynamic environment, excellent learning and development opportunities and a flat hierarchy? Are you based within 2 hours of Munich? This could be the role for you! What you’ll do: Provide technical expertise to embedded software development teams Act as the main point of contact to major OEM customers, not just to update on status but to guide and consult, ensuring clients understand and gain maximum value from the projects undertaken Project leadership, ensuring work is delivered to the agreed timeframes, costs and quality Assess and mitigate risks while managing dependencies across different technical domains. What you’ll ideally bring: 6 Years experience working in automotive software development Strong understanding of Classic AUTOSAR Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager or Lead Excellent understanding of ASPICE processes Familiarity with configuration toolchains like DaVinci and Tresos A good level of German (documentation will be in German) What you’ll like: Working in a small company but directly with top OEMs Being able to take genuine ownership for big projects Smooth onboarding with exceptionally well documented processes Chance to work with cutting edge automotive tech A simple 2stage interview process Flexible working as standard
