The Project Site Administrator is responsible for managing the project’s human and material resources. He is also responsible for ensuring these resources’ availability for the project’s different activities.

  • Plans, organizes, coordinates, and supervises the administrative work of the project and ensures all activities comply with law, rules, and regulations.
  • Prepares employment contract to site workforce (daily labor);
  • Ensures that recruitment, transfers, and termination of employees are as per the Human resource policies and procedures of the company.
  • Maintains up-to-date personnel records and statistics of the project staff.
  • Controls the daily attendance of project personnel and submits summarized attendance data by the end of every month to the HR & administration department
  • Ensures that the personnel policies and procedures of the organization are practiced accordingly.
  • In consultation with the HR& Admin Manager take administrative measures when policies and procedures are violated.
  • Ensures the availability of adequate water, electricity, cleanliness, and their efficient and economical utilization.
  • Ensures the monthly payment of water, electricity, and other utilities are paid on time and make sure the maintenance is done properly and timely when any damages happen.
  • Ensures the safety and security of all resources of the project is maintained day and night.
  • Facilitates the maintenance of office furniture, equipment, and fence of the project sites.
  • Make sure good relationships are developed and maintained with the nearby government bodies (sub-city, woreda, kebele)
  • Performs any other similar duties as assigned.

Requirements

Academic qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in project coordination or management.

Salary: Negotiable
