We are looking to recruit dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team as Brokers, Agents, and Property Consultants.
The responsibilities of Brokers, Agents, and Property Consultants will include:
– Conducting market research to identify potential clients
– Closing the company listings and promoting dream properties for sale or lease.
– Conducting property viewings and negotiating terms with clients.
– Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
– Maintaining regular communication with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders.
– Keeping abreast of industry developments and best practices.
The offered compensation for this position can be either salary-based on targets (to be specified during the interview) or commission-based, ranging from 40% to 60% as per the experience. It is essential that candidates have proven experience in brokerage, leasing, and sales, with a record of previous closings.
