• Responsible for the Academy QHSE Processes and procedures and manage it to ensure the Academy mentions its accreditation.
• Conduct Audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and  procedures, Identifying and assisting implementing improvements.
• Maintain awareness of QHSE regulations and the best practices within EWA staff.
• Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.
• Maintaining internal and external reporting according to established systems
