Position 1: Fleet Supervisor

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

• 0 years experience but
• Proven experience in fleet management or a related field is a plus.

The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the efficient operation of our transportation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of fleet management principles, and the ability to effectively communicate with drivers and other team members.

Skills

• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other transportation assets.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure the fleet is in optimal condition and meets all safety standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce repair costs.
• Monitor charge consumption and implement strategies to improve battery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage driver schedules and assignments, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of goods.
• Train and mentor drivers on safe driving practices, company policies, and procedures.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, such as vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and on-time delivery rates.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and operations, to optimize fleet utilization and support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing fleet operations.

Position 2: Logistics Coordinator

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2 years of proven experience in fleet management or a related field is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Skills

• Strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
