About the Role: As a Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE, you’ll be at the forefront of our conveyancing team, managing a wide variety of residential property transactions. Your expertise will help our clients navigate their property journeys with confidence and ease. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion. Delivering clear, practical, and high-quality legal advice to clients. Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Drafting and reviewing critical legal documents related to residential conveyancing. Staying up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and ensuring compliance with the latest legal standards. Collaborating closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions and support. Person Specification: My client  are seeking a standout candidate who possesses: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing. Qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive or completion of a CILEx course would also be considered for this role. A proven track record of managing a diverse range of conveyancing cases. A strong commitment to working full-time in their Wendover office. Excellent drafting and communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. A meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
