Restaurant General Manager, NW8 London circa 50k Located in one of London’s most renowned areas, this restaurant is due to open later this year. The restaurant will be centred around Italian/Mediterranean flavours with stunning presentation. They are now looking to recruit a Restaurant General Manager to be involved from the start. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be * Responsible for the day to day running of the Front of House and management of team * Involved in building, managing and inspiring the team as well as recruiting and developing * Working alongside the Head Chef ensuring a strong line of communication between FOH and BOH * Hands on and detail led * Ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customer Our ideal candidate would * Have a minimum of 2 years at Restaurant General Manager level within a high quality restaurant * Have exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation * Be an inspirational leader who can develop and support their team * Have excellent communication, admin and organizational skills * Thrive in a fast paced environment, keeping calm and level headed * Demonstrate level headed thinking with the ability to problem solve Interested?
