OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES You will collaborate directly with the founder, designer and Sample maker to advance the creative vision, transforming sketches into unique and innovative patterns As the sole Pattern Cutter, this is an exciting opportunity to provide valued input to a small team Ensure that all patterns are produced and finalised to the required fit and measurement standards Participate in fitting sessions, take comments, provide proactive and focused input to ensure further development and smooth production processes Work with the designer to create tech packs for production and review any issues that arise Work with designer to analysis return data and amend patterns as needed
