Sales and Marketing Assistant | Toy company |Netherlands, working from home | Full time | Pay €36.000,00 – €50.000,00 per year (depending on experience) This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to work for a large Global business who are experiencing exponential growth year on year. The Sales and Marketing Assistant is a pivotal role within the European business, you would be working as part of a close-knit team, remotely from your home (within the Netherlands). You would be involved in a number of varied tasks assisting both internal and external stakeholders, most notably the Key Account Manager. This role would suit someone with strong administrative and communication skills looking to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and Verbal Dutch and English is a must for this role. What you’ll be doing: Support for the Key Account Manager (The Key Account Manager manages the companies’ relationships with their retail partners) including planning, preparing, implementing and evaluating activity. Potential to develop into a management role of assigned retail accounts/customers. You would develop concepts & activities to further drive the regions performance. Management of cross-functional projects & tasks for the region (new launches, Sales Cycles etc.) Support Key Account Managers with annual marketing planning cycles incl. budget planning Key contact for other departments, esp. Marketing, Commercial, Sales Coordination, Operations. Preparing customer presentations and meetings including any necessary translations for your region (BeNeLux) Processing customer requests. Various ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as required. What we are looking for: MBO level education (or higher) 1-2 years work experience within a busy office environment, perhaps assisting business customers. Well-organized, a positive attitude and ability to solve problems.
