To achieve this, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to handle our Industry End User and Channel Business in the Lombardy Area. <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><em><span style="font-size:9.0pt">As a Sales Engineer Industry End-User + Channel, you will initiate and develop relationships with focus on end users and related Channel network, developing the channel network and creating demand directly with the most important Industry End-Users, in order to make Grundfos the most preferred and saleable brand in the reference market.</span></em></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><em><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Realize individual sales target. Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team;</span></em></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><em><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Build up and maintain good relationship with all external stakeholders, including end users, consulting firms, service partners , etc.</span></em></span></span></span></span></li>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><em><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Master’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering. </span></em></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><em><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Prefer minimum 10 years of sales experience in Industrial Environment</span></em></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><em><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Familiar with Industrial pumping applications and water treatment</span></em></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><em><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Products and applications Technical background</span></em></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><em><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Familiar with Industry End Users market and related channels </span></em></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><em><span style="font-size:9.0pt">English skills able to operate in a multinational environment</span></em></span></span></span></span></li>
