DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for Sales Support in Ethiopia. In this specific position, you will have to support to development and administer sales administration/ sales support plans and processes to enhance customer satisfaction, effectively support sales teams and achieve successful project implementation in line with business strategy, sales objectives, Group guidelines and policies.

In this Sales Support position

• You will execute sales administration/ sales support plans and processes to support sales teams and support the processing of sales transactions.
• You will lend support for the administration and planning of sales contracts as per specifications and expectations.
• You will gather information and customer data to support sales teams with the identification/ qualification of leads and preparation of quotations and contracts.
• You will prepare commercial documentation such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements to support sales.
• You will handle queries on stock and shipment of orders and deal with customers/ sales teams including informing customers about shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.
• You will follow up on orders and resolve complex problems related to orders while interacting with sales teams.
• You will examine and consolidate feedback from post-implementation reviews and prepare reports on customer complaints, delivery/ service problems, customer satisfaction, etc.
• You will prepare and compile reports and statistics for supporting sales teams in conducting business reviews.
• You will update sales price tables, determine sales premiums and commissions, and prepare reports and statements regarding sales efficiency.
• You will provide functional advice or training to less experienced positions.
• You will support project implementation, deployment of systems/solutions, and process improvement.
• You will support pre- and after-sales activities.

Now, here’s what we need from you

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
• More than 2 years within the same field
• Excellent communicator in English, both written and Verbal.
