A Sales Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales support team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Sales Support Supervisor will work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate sales activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the sales support team and provide guidance and support as needed
2. Coordinate and manage the sales order process from start to finish
3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and invoices
4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales efficiency
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and goals
6. Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
8. Provide training and support to the sales support team members
9. Prepare reports and presentations on sales activities and performance
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support or a related field
2. Strong leadership and management skills
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
8. Knowledge of CRM software and sales support tools
