<span style="font-family:'Grundfos TheSans', sans-serif"><span style="color:#1d2d3e">As the Senior Aftermarket Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for steering growth in energy-related product and after-market sales in Sweden. You will be working in partnership with customers and colleagues alike to reduce the CO2 impact of pumps on the environment. This is truly a role where you can support businesses to reduce their energy bill and influence on the global agenda of reducing carbon emissions. Whilst supporting the profitable growth of Grundfos at the same time. </span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:'Grundfos TheSans', sans-serif"><span style="color:#1d2d3e">This is a hybrid position, and you can work from Mölndal or Stocholm. </span></span></span></span></span></p>

<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:'Grundfos TheSans', sans-serif"><span style="color:#1d2d3e">Cultivate positive relationships with clients.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:'Grundfos TheSans', sans-serif"><span style="color:#1d2d3e">Develop sales strategies and budgets within defined regions based on sales targets. Ensure that these plans are reviewed and approved by management and complete qualitative and quantitative tasks in accordance with assigned authority and policies.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:'Grundfos TheSans', sans-serif"><span style="color:#1d2d3e">Regularly monitor account receivables, follow-up with customers on overdue payments, and ensure customers adhere to the company's payment terms to support cash flow management and minimize bad debts.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:'Grundfos TheSans', sans-serif"><span style="color:#1d2d3e">Forge robust partnerships with building owners, facility managers, project owners, and authorities.</span></span></span></span></span></li>

<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:'Grundfos TheSans', sans-serif"><span style="color:#1d2d3e">Ability to lead processes or projects.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:'Grundfos TheSans', sans-serif"><span style="color:#1d2d3e">6-8 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:'Grundfos TheSans', sans-serif"><span style="color:#1d2d3e">Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Commercial Building Services.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:'Grundfos TheSans', sans-serif"><span style="color:#1d2d3e">Proven ability to influence others and a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable.</span></span></span></span></span></li>
