Our client, a Global Pharmaceutical Organisation is recruiting for a Business Analyst on a permanent basis. This person will contribute to the overall service management strategy by partnering with Commercial team and technical field service teams across Europe. You’ll collaborate closely with commercial business and process owners to pinpoint chances for technological enhancements and develop a comprehensive outlook to aid in prioritisation. Your role involves forging robust collaborative ties with European teams, particularly focusing on the Commercial teams (sales & marketing), addressing areas such as digital marketing, CRM, ecommerce and more. Your duties include comprehending business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and facilitating communication among different business units and IT technical teams. Knowledge of the sales an marketing function processes and priorities is key to success in this role. Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with the Divisional teams and functional teams. Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements. Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives. Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes. Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams. Improve the business analysis function through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education. Experience Must have experience working within commercial, (sales/marketing), working on CRM. Ideally Salesforce. Must demonstrate their ability to understand commercial processes and be able to partner with senior commercial stakeholders. Knowledge in technical field service and customer service processes/ tools. Working with Salesforce or another CRM tool, as well as familiarity with digital marketing tech stacks. Exposure to B2B ecommerce or to sales force effectiveness applications would also be a plus. Knowledge of the sales and marketing function processes and priorities. A self-starter who enjoys problem solving and creating innovative solutions. Can organise and direct diverse activities in a changing environment. Experience working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Ideally you have experience working in the life science industry or another highly regulated field. Excellent communicator who is effectively able to establish connection and related to business challenges with key internal and external stakeholders.
