<p><em><b>Are you looking for a position covering all phases of product development and maintenance in a self-organizing agile team? We are looking for a committed senior engineer excelling in electrical design and mechatronic insight.</b></em><br>

<p>You will be joining the Product Development function within the Commercial Building Service Division. We are responsible for all development activities and the future innovations of 2 key product groups; MAGNA and MIXIT®.<br>
</p>
<p>You will be part of an agile cross-functional team of skilled and dedicated engineers and technicians. The position is located at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark.<br>
</p>

A key challenge in this position is to create an optimal design meeting our high-quality standards and at the same time is cost-effective,”</em> says R&D director, Henning Nørregaard Jensen.<br>

<p><b>What is the job about? </b><br>
As a self-organized team guided by a SCRUM master, the group can influence how to utilize each individual's skills and capabilities for successful sprints and delivery. <br>
</p>
<p>Your activities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>The different phases of a new development: from early idea to testing and validation of the final product/solutions.</li>
<li>Typically design tasks are around power solutions, microcontroller peripherals, user interfaces, I/O.</li>
<li>Maintenance of already developed products and solutions.</li>
<li>Identification and implementation of Design-to-Value (cost out) improvements and well as 2nd source solutions.</li>
<li>Investigations of potential issues observed by our customers.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Your background</b><br>
We are looking for a person with a master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar with 5+ years of relevant experience leading design tasks of electronics products. You are familiar with global organizations and have excellent communication skills on all levels.<br>
</p>
<p>You will need experience with:</p>
<ul>
<li>power circuits, micro-controllers, and peripherals</li>
<li>simulation as an integrated way of working (e.g. Saber)</li>
<li>high-quality demanding products</li>
<li>collaboration with external development partners</li>
<li>a full value chain perspective and stakeholder management e.g. business purchase and production</li>
<li>proficient in English.</li>
</ul>
