Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of properties, overseeing emergency and standard repairs and managing section notices. This is an office-based position that requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle large volumes of work while maintaining a high standard of service delivery. Responsibilities: Efficiently manage a large volume of properties within the Nottinghamshire area. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency repair requests, coordinating with maintenance teams and contractors as necessary. Oversee standard repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Handle section notices and ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and regulations. Maintain accurate records of property maintenance and tenant communications using company’s state-of-the-art lettings software. Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing enquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management, working in a high-volume environment. Strong understanding of property management principles, practices, and legal requirements. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Proficiency in relevant software applications and management systems. A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations. Full UK Driving license desirable but not essential. Ideal Candidate: Looking for the next step in their property management career. Holds a confident understanding of Lettings Laws and Legislation. Has experience in a high volume lettings agency. Enjoys problem solving and offers a high level of customer service.
