What you’ll do:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be a prominent member of the technology team. That’s why we’re looking for a high achiever – someone who can lead by example, win new business by networking, attending client meetings and driving opportunities.

• You will be able to work across the entire GCC region.
• Collaborate effectively with a wider technology team and an office of 45 consultants
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates across the whole GCC region
• Develop a strong business development mindset to drive success
• Demonstrate a client-facing attitude in all interactions

What will you bring to the role?

The ideal candidate for this Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant role will bring a background of experience in technology recruitment and business development.

• Minimum of four years experience in 360 technology recruitment is essential.
• Strong business development mindset is required.
• Negotiation skills and highly strategic, commercial mindset.
• Client-facing attitude is important and willingness to attend and host networking events.
• Entrepreneurial and professional approach.
