The Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling workshops and on-site (pump) repair requests from customers by telephone and in writing. They will ensure scheduling procedures are followed including effective communications across teams to ensure materials are ordered and the required technicians are planned. Applying good professional knowledge to build trust with customers, employees, partners, and contractors is key along with providing the necessary support in the coordination and planning of service operations and site visits. The Service Coordinator will collaborate with the Service Delivery manager, Service Coordinators and members of the Quality, Operations, Sales and Customer Service Teams. This position reports directly to the Head of Service Delivery Support West USA & Canada and will operate on a hybrid work schedule 3 days in the Hayward, CA facility. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.</span></span></span></span></span></p>
