We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Specialist / Content Creator to join our dynamic team at As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience. You will work closely with the Media Buyer and other team members to communicate objectives, analyze results, and ensure the success of our social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative and effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.

– Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

– Collaborate with the Media Buyer to optimize ad campaigns and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

– Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and opportunities to engage with our audience.

– Analyze social media metrics and performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

– Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve our strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

– Minimum of three years of experience in social media management and content creation.

– Demonstrated creativity and ability to develop innovative and out-of-the-box ideas for social media campaigns.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

– Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, as well as basic graphic design and video editing skills.

– Strong research abilities to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.

– Proven track record of delivering measurable results and achieving targets in social media marketing.

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
