• Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
• Schedule and follow the shipments and deliveries.
• File and save each letter of correspondences in the assigned server data in order to reach them easily.
• Maintain contact with vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement all the logistics daily operational goals inclusive of shipping functions and inventory management.
• Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining of finished goods inventory.
• Maintain communication with the warehouse staff in order to ensure proper working order.
• Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers assisting yearly budget goals.
• Comply with all the company policies and safety procedures in the performance of job duties.
• Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer needs on time.
• Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies and warehouses.
• Develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, in order to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit daily updates reports to the direct manager.
• Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
