Your major activity as a trainee is supporting the event and implementation of the Doctoral Training Pilot and particularly the Base Camp coaching classes happening within the fall 2024. The Doctoral Training group will organise one three-day and one four-day Base Camp for the brand new doctoral researchers on the college’s research stations in Tvärminne, Hyytiälä, and Lammi. Along with the doctoral education Base Camps, you’ll take part within the day-to-day administrative duties, assist for the doctoral researchers and doctorald education group.

As a trainee, you’ll help the group to organise and take part within the two Base Camps and giving a memorable expertise for the doctoral researcher. You’ll do that in shut collaboration with different colleagues. Your duties will embody:
