UNIVERSITY OF HELSINKI: Trainees for the Doctoral Training workforce

The College of Helsinki Worldwide trainee programme is open to all worldwide college students enrolled in a College of Helsinki grasp’s programme.  

We’re in search of 4 trainees for the Doctoral Training workforce.

Your primary job as a trainee is supporting the event and implementation of the Doctoral Training Pilot and particularly the Base Camp coaching periods going down within the fall 2024. College of Helsinki is hiring 236 doctoral researchers within the Doctoral Training Pilot, and about half of them will begin within the Fall 2024. The Doctoral Training workforce will organise one three-day and one four-day Base Camp for the brand new doctoral researchers on the college’s research stations in Tvärminne, Hyytiälä, and Lammi. Along with the doctoral education Base Camps, you’ll take part within the day-to-day administrative duties, assist for the doctoral researchers and doctorald education workforce.

As a trainee, you’ll help the workforce to organise and take part within the two Base Camps and giving a memorable expertise for the doctoral researcher. You’ll do that in shut collaboration with different colleagues. Your duties will embody:

• contacting doctoral researchers,
• organising logistics and scheduling occasions
