We are looking for a team member to support us in delivering an excellent service to our students, staff and wider community.

The successful candidate should be IT literate and a successful communicator, as communicating with our users will be a key part of this role.

You will champion our services and offerings and support all functions of sport across University of Southampton; you will be part of a high performing team who strive to make a positive difference to our users’ experience. In addition, you will provide valuable administrative support for fellow colleagues within the Customer Excellence team and must be willing to work on a shift pattern, including work at weekends and bank holidays.

This role is based at Jubilee Sport and Recreation Centre (Highfield Campus) and may require travel and work to other sport facilities at The University.
